It's ChooseDay (African Lingo) aka Tuesday and my throat is being horrible to me its dry/sore & irritating me BUT im not the sick type so this wont last.... by tomorrow ill be up and running with a clear throat lol, so i choose not to pay attention to it (at least im gonna try lol)...Anyways last weekend it was very hot and beautiful in Jozi (Johannesburg) so my hubby, little sister, her boyfriend and i decided to visit eKasi (that's a TOWNSHIP to my international readers) we also call it the Ghetto....one of the best things to do at eKasi is shisanyama (also known as buy and braai/ Barbeque) so you buy your meat and they braai it for you there while you chill and have some drinks, you can have your braaid meat with PAP (also known as mieliepap/porridge/polenta made from ground maize) & Chakalaka (Chillie cold salad) which is extremely yummmmmmy. So heres a pic of us enjoying our day eKasi, i have to say it turned out to be a very lovely day :-) Thanks to these guys on the pic lol hahahaha
